New Horizons

C~KC/SN is a self-help support group for Consumer/Survivors.
A Consumer/Survivor is anyone who is, or has experienced mental health problems and is well enough to function in the support setting.
C~KC/SN was created by it's membership; it is 100% funded by The Ministry of Health of Ontario. It was initiated because of a known need for community support due to programs and health care services being over burdened and having waiting lists. We act as a complement and alternative to the present community programs.

Mission Statement

It is our mission to support and promote the acceptance, dignity and empowerment of all consumer/survivors in Chatham-Kent.
Together we will find the strength and courage to cope with our hardships, celebrate our successes and enrich our lives.
